Version
1.0

This Website and Signup Acceptable Use Policy applies to public Redlef-powered websites, QR signup pages, subscriber forms, short links, offer pages, claim and redemption features, and related visitor tools.

"Redlef" means Redlef LLC, doing business as Redlef Software. A business identified on a page or message is referred to as the "Participating Business."

1. USE ACCURATE, AUTHORIZED INFORMATION

Submit only information that is accurate and that you are authorized to use. You may enter your own mobile number or email address, or a destination you are authorized to control.

Do not:

  • Enroll another person without authority.
  • Impersonate another person or business.
  • Create, alter, or attempt to manufacture a false consent record.
  • Use a signup, lookup, offer, or claim form to test whether a number or address belongs to someone.
  • Use a form to harass a person, generate unwanted messages, or interfere with another person's communication choices.
  • Enter another person's number to claim or consume an offer intended for that person when the offer rules do not permit sharing.

Entering a number to identify an existing subscriber does not authorize you to act as that person or access nonpublic information about that person.

2. USE THE SERVICE LAWFULLY

You may use public Redlef features only for lawful personal purposes and in a way that respects the rights, property, privacy, and safety of others.

You may not use the service for fraud, identity theft, stalking, threats, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, infringement, deceptive practices, unlawful marketing, or another activity that violates applicable law.

3. DO NOT ATTACK OR DISRUPT THE SERVICE

You may not:

  • Probe, scan, test, or bypass security without Redlef's written authorization.
  • Access or attempt to access nonpublic data, accounts, systems, or features.
  • Overload, disrupt, degrade, damage, or interfere with the service or another user's access.
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, or malicious content.
  • Evade rate limits, CAPTCHA, device restrictions, authentication requirements, spending controls, or abuse-prevention measures.
  • Guess, enumerate, scrape, or systematically test short-link, offer, claim, redemption, session, or verification tokens.
  • Replay, alter, forge, or interfere with requests, webhooks, consent events, redemptions, or message responses.
  • Obtain or attempt to obtain passwords, one-time codes, personal information, or credentials without authorization.

4. NO UNAUTHORIZED AUTOMATION OR HARVESTING

Automated access, scraping, crawling, harvesting, bulk form submissions, scripted traffic, or use of bots is prohibited unless Redlef has expressly authorized it in writing or the activity is performed by a generally accepted search engine in accordance with Redlef's published instructions.

Do not collect contact information, offer data, business information, or program activity from Redlef-powered pages for resale, unsolicited marketing, surveillance, or another unauthorized purpose.

5. DO NOT MISUSE CONTENT, LINKS, OR QR CODES

Do not copy, alter, obscure, replace, or misrepresent a signup disclosure, sender identity, policy link, QR destination, offer term, expiration, redemption status, or opt-out instruction.

Do not:

  • Frame a Redlef page in a deceptive context.
  • Use Redlef or Participating Business names, branding, or designs to imply an affiliation, endorsement, or offer that does not exist.
  • Redirect a Redlef link through a deceptive or malicious domain.
  • Attach malicious tracking or code to a public signup or offer link.
  • Present a signup page or QR code as belonging to a different sender.
  • Modify or reproduce a redemption screen in a way intended to defeat one-use, expiration, or eligibility controls.

You may share an unmodified public signup, schedule, menu, location, or campaign link for its intended Participating Business and program, subject to any offer-specific rules.

6. OFFER AND REDEMPTION RULES

Offers may be limited by time, location, product, minimum purchase, subscriber, claim, code, or redemption count. You must follow the rules displayed with the offer.

You may not:

  • Reuse a one-use code after redemption.
  • Alter an expiration time or redemption status.
  • Use screenshots, copied tokens, automated requests, or multiple identities to evade offer limits.
  • Interfere with an employee or device used to verify a redemption.
  • Falsify a transaction, claim, redemption, or sale amount.

Sharing may be permitted for some public offers. A public or forwarded link does not override the eligibility, minimum-purchase, expiration, or redemption rules shown by the Participating Business.

7. KEEP SENSITIVE INFORMATION OUT OF PUBLIC FORMS

Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, financial-account credentials, government identifiers, private health information, or other highly sensitive information through a public signup form, offer page, or ordinary message unless a feature specifically requests and is designed to protect that information.

8. RESPECT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Redlef, Participating Business, and third-party names, logos, page designs, text, software, links, documentation, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property law.

Access to a public page does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer, create a misleading derivative, remove notices, or use protected materials outside their intended purpose, except as allowed by law.

9. REPORT UNWANTED MESSAGES OR MISUSE

If you receive unwanted text messages, use the opt-out instructions in the message, including replying STOP. If you receive unwanted marketing email, use the unsubscribe method in the email.

For suspected fraud, a false signup, token abuse, a deceptive QR code, or other misuse:

  • Contact the Participating Business through the official website linked from its signup page or message; and/or
  • Contact Redlef at abuse@redlefsoftware.com.

Do not include passwords, one-time codes, full payment credentials, or other highly sensitive information in an abuse report.

10. ENFORCEMENT

Redlef may block a request, invalidate a token, limit access, require additional verification, preserve relevant evidence, pause a feature, or take other reasonable protective action when Redlef believes:

  • A public feature is being misused.
  • Security, delivery systems, or recipients may be threatened.
  • Consent or offer records may be false or manipulated.
  • Automated or abusive traffic is occurring.
  • A provider rule or law requires action.

Serious suspected unlawful activity may be reported to the Participating Business, service providers, carriers, mailbox providers, security partners, or authorities when appropriate.
