Redlef Software Email Messaging Terms
These Email Messaging Terms apply when you join or interact with a promotional email program through a Redlef-powered signup page, QR code, offer page, or related feature.
"Redlef" means Redlef LLC, doing business as Redlef Software. A business identified on a signup page or email is referred to as the "Participating Business." The Participating Business, not Redlef, is the marketing sender unless an email or page expressly identifies Redlef as the sender.
1. THE EMAIL PROGRAM
If you affirmatively select email updates and submit the form, the named Participating Business may send promotional and informational email to the address you provide. Messages may include business news, product or service updates, schedules, event information, offers, reminders, and other content described at signup.
Your choice applies only to the Participating Business and program identified in the disclosure shown when you enroll. It does not authorize marketing email from Redlef, another Participating Business, an affiliate, or an unrelated company.
Redlef provides technology used to record the email choice, preserve related signup records, help deliver email, process unsubscribe and suppression events, route links, and report program activity.
2. HOW YOU JOIN
Email updates begin only after you affirmatively select the email choice and submit the signup form.
Entering an email address, scanning a QR code, opening a page, choosing text updates, entering an address to identify an existing subscriber, or making a purchase does not by itself enroll you in promotional email through Redlef.
Email and text-message choices are separate. Permission for one channel is not permission for the other, and stopping one channel does not automatically stop the other.

3. CONTENT AND FREQUENCY
Email frequency varies with the Participating Business's communication plan and the updates available. Frequency may change temporarily around schedules, events, product releases, or time-sensitive offers.
The Participating Business and its email provider are responsible for ensuring that marketing emails accurately identify the sender, use sender and subject information that is not deceptive, include the sender's valid physical postal address, and provide a clear method to stop future promotional email.
4. HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE
Use the unsubscribe link or other unsubscribe method in a marketing email to stop promotional email from that sender.
A preference page may let you reduce or select categories of updates, but the Participating Business and its provider must also offer a method to stop all promotional email from that sender.
An unsubscribe request will be honored promptly and no later than ten business days after receipt. You will not be charged, required to sign in, asked for identifying information beyond the email address and relevant preference, or required to take more than a reply email or a single webpage to complete the request. The unsubscribe method will remain available for at least 30 days after the email is sent.
Unsubscribing from email does not automatically revoke text-message consent.
5. TRANSACTIONAL AND REQUIRED EMAIL
An unsubscribe stops promotional email covered by that request. A Participating Business may still send a narrowly defined transactional, safety, account, or legally required message when it has an independent lawful basis to do so, such as completing a transaction you requested, providing a receipt, or communicating a material service or security notice.
Transactional or required messages may not be used to evade your marketing unsubscribe.
6. SUPPRESSION RECORDS
After you unsubscribe, complain, or an address becomes undeliverable, the Participating Business or its provider may retain a limited suppression record so promotional email is not restarted at that address.
A suppressed address may not be used as a marketing audience or sold, rented, or transferred for another party's marketing. It may be provided to a service provider only as needed to carry out the opt-out, prevent unwanted email, protect delivery systems, or comply with law.
7. DELIVERY, FILTERING, AND ENGAGEMENT INFORMATION
Delivery, inbox placement, opening, and display are not guaranteed. Mailbox providers, security systems, and recipients may filter, delay, block, or categorize messages. The Participating Business or its provider may stop sending after a hard bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, suspected abuse, or another signal that continued delivery is inappropriate.
When standard delivery or engagement technology is enabled, Redlef may receive or report events such as delivery, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, open, and click. Those events are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Open and click information may be inaccurate. Image blocking, privacy proxies, cached content, forwarded emails, and automated security scanning can create missing or false-positive engagement events.
8. OFFERS, PRODUCTS, AND LINKS
An email may link to a Participating Business's website, a Redlef-powered schedule or offer page, or another service with its own terms and privacy practices.
A link may be associated with a campaign or subscriber. Redlef may record visits, offer claims, and redemptions as described in the Privacy Policy. A click or claim does not necessarily prove a purchase.
The Participating Business is responsible for its products, services, schedules, prices, offers, eligibility rules, and fulfillment. Redlef's role in facilitating the email or offer page does not make Redlef the seller of the advertised product or service.
9. EMAIL PRIVACY
Email addresses, channel choices, consent records, delivery events, and suppression status are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Email addresses are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process them only to operate, secure, deliver, or support the program or as required by law.

10. ELIGIBILITY AND CONTROL OF THE ADDRESS
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and control or be authorized to use the email address provided. Do not submit another person's address without authority.
If you stop controlling the address, use the unsubscribe method when possible or contact the Participating Business through its official website.
11. HELP
For help with a particular email program, use the contact information in the email or the official website linked from the Participating Business's signup page.
Include enough information to identify the program, but do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card numbers, financial-account credentials, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email.
