Redlef Software Website and Subscriber Terms

Version
1.0

These Website and Subscriber Terms ("Terms") apply to public Redlef-powered websites, QR signup experiences, subscriber forms, short links, schedule and location pages, offer and redemption pages, and related recipient-facing features.

"Redlef" means Redlef LLC, doing business as Redlef Software. A business identified on a signup page, offer, or message is referred to as the "Participating Business."

By using a public Redlef-powered feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the feature.

1. THE PUBLIC SERVICES AND EACH PARTY'S ROLE

Redlef provides public websites, branded QR signup experiences, separate channel-choice forms, consent and suppression records, short-link routing, offer and redemption features, and related communications technology for Participating Businesses.

The Participating Business identified on a page or message is the sender and is responsible for its products, services, schedules, locations, availability, prices, offers, message content, and fulfillment.

Redlef supplies technology for the signup and communications process. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, Redlef is not the seller of a Participating Business's goods or services and is not a party to your purchase from that business.

The commercial relationship between Redlef and a Participating Business is governed by a separate business agreement. These Terms are for visitors, subscribers, offer recipients, and other users of public features, not for administering a Participating Business's Redlef account.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to enroll in a marketing text or email program through Redlef or to accept an offer that requires adult eligibility.

If you are only browsing a public page, you must still use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

3. YOUR COMMUNICATION CHOICES ARE VOLUNTARY

Text and email are separate, optional choices. You join a channel only when you affirmatively select that channel and submit the form.

Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing property, goods, or services. A scan, page view, purchase, link click, or entry of contact information without the corresponding submitted choice does not create permission for that channel.

The disclosure shown beside a channel choice identifies the sender and describes the permission requested. That program-specific disclosure controls if it conflicts with these general Terms about sender identity, content category, expected frequency, or the scope of consent.

4. INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT

Provide only accurate information that you control or are authorized to use. Do not submit another person's mobile number or email address without permission.

You are responsible for notifying the Participating Business if a destination is no longer yours or if information you submitted is materially inaccurate.

Entering a mobile number or email address to identify an existing subscriber or view an offer does not, by itself, enroll that destination in marketing. If enrollment is offered, it will be presented as a separate affirmative channel choice.

5. ENDING YOUR PARTICIPATION

You may stop marketing texts by replying STOP or using another reasonable method that clearly communicates your request. You may stop marketing email using the unsubscribe method in the email.

Stopping one channel does not automatically stop the other. The Participating Business or its provider may retain a limited suppression record to honor your request and prevent marketing from restarting at the same destination.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use public Redlef features only for their intended, lawful purpose.

You may not create false signups, impersonate another person, harass someone, automate submissions, scrape information, enumerate tokens, bypass security, introduce harmful code, disrupt the service, falsify a claim or redemption, or interfere with another person's communication choices.

7. PARTICIPATING BUSINESS CONTENT AND OFFERS

A Participating Business controls its products, services, schedules, locations, availability, appointments, prices, promotions, eligibility rules, inventory, and fulfillment.

Questions, disputes, refunds, returns, or claims about those matters should be directed to the Participating Business using its official website or the contact information in its message.

Redlef may format, transmit, or display information supplied by a Participating Business but does not independently verify every statement or guarantee that an item, service, appointment, location, price, discount, or offer remains available.

8. OFFER CLAIMS AND REDEMPTIONS

A Redlef-powered offer may use a public, campaign-specific, or recipient-specific link. A page may allow you to view, claim, or present an offer for redemption.

Offer rules may include:

  • An expiration date or claim window.
  • A minimum purchase.
  • A specific product, service, location, or time.
  • One claim or redemption per code, subscriber, person, device, or transaction.
  • A requirement that an authorized worker confirm redemption.

A code may become invalid after use or expiration. A screenshot may not be accepted where the offer requires live verification.

A page view, click, or claim does not prove a purchase. A Participating Business may confirm redemption and may record a sale amount, order reference, or estimated value for reporting. Redlef does not guarantee the accuracy of information entered by the Participating Business or its personnel.

9. PRIVACY

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you use a Redlef-powered page or messaging program.

Privacy Policy: https://redlefsoftware.com/privacy

By submitting information, you acknowledge that it will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy, the Participating Business's applicable notice, and the disclosure shown at collection.

10. CARRIERS, MAILBOX PROVIDERS, AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

Public features and message delivery may rely on wireless carriers, mailbox providers, internet infrastructure, hosting providers, security providers, and other third-party services. Their terms, charges, filtering, and privacy practices may apply to your relationship with them.

A Redlef-powered page or message may link to a Participating Business's website or another third-party service. Redlef does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of a third-party site or service.

11. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

Redlef works to keep public pages and subscriber features available, but uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation is not promised.

Maintenance, security measures, network conditions, provider outages, carrier filtering, mailbox filtering, device compatibility, number or address status, or events outside reasonable control may delay or prevent access or delivery.

A message is not guaranteed to be delivered, displayed, opened, clicked, or read. Do not rely on a promotional messaging program for emergencies, life-safety notices, or another use where a delayed or missing message could cause harm.

12. SECURITY AND VERIFICATION

Redlef may use rate limits, CAPTCHA, session controls, short-link tokens, one-time codes, and other measures intended to protect public features and recipients.

You must not share a verification code or credential that should remain private. Redlef or a Participating Business may require additional verification before allowing a high-value offer, privacy request, or other protected action.

No security system is perfect. Report suspected misuse to abuse@redlefsoftware.com and contact the Participating Business when the issue concerns its program or offer.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Redlef and its licensors own the Redlef software, interfaces, designs, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property. Participating Businesses and other owners retain their rights in their names, logos, content, and materials.

You may view and use public pages for their intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer, remove notices, create a misleading derivative, or misuse protected materials except as permitted by law.

14. CHANGES TO PUBLIC FEATURES OR PROGRAMS

Redlef or a Participating Business may add, change, suspend, or discontinue a public page, signup experience, offer, or messaging program.

Ending a program does not cancel an opt-out or suppression record. A materially expanded marketing program will require any additional notice or consent required by law.

15. DISCLAIMERS

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDLEF-POWERED PUBLIC FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." REDLEF DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT THOSE WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

REDLEF DOES NOT WARRANT THAT A PUBLIC FEATURE, MESSAGE, LINK, OFFER, OR REDEMPTION SYSTEM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, DELIVERED, AVAILABLE AT A PARTICULAR TIME, OR FREE FROM ALL HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes an express promise made on a page, a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded, or a consumer right that cannot be waived. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. LIMITS ON LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDLEF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE A PUBLIC FEATURE;
  • A DELAYED, FILTERED, OR UNDELIVERED MESSAGE;
  • A LINK, CLAIM, OR REDEMPTION EVENT;
  • A PARTICIPATING BUSINESS'S CONTENT, PRODUCT, SERVICE, LOCATION, SCHEDULE, PRICE, OR OFFER; OR
  • A THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE OR SERVICE.

These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, liability for personal injury caused by negligence where it cannot be limited, or another responsibility that applicable law does not allow Redlef to exclude. Your non-waivable consumer rights remain intact.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND GENERAL TERMS

North Carolina law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections of your home jurisdiction continue to apply.

Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents an eligible individual claim in small-claims court or limits a remedy that cannot be waived.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms, the linked subscriber-facing policies, and the program-specific disclosure form the terms applicable to your use of subscriber-facing Redlef features.

18. CHANGES AND QUESTIONS

Redlef may update these Terms by posting a new version at the canonical URL and changing the effective date and version number. Changes apply prospectively to later use. Any new consent required for an expanded messaging program will be requested separately.

For questions about a particular signup, message, product, service, schedule, offer, or communication choice, contact the Participating Business through its official website or the contact information in its message.

For questions about Redlef-powered features, contact support@redlefsoftware.com. For suspected abuse or a security concern, contact abuse@redlefsoftware.com.
